This machine adopts three servo motors for synchronous control, automatic tension control system, and central winding method. This machine adopts variable frequency speed control motor to maintain stable operation during acceleration. PLC automatic meter counting, alarm and other functions. The winding adopts A and B slip shaft device, the unwinding adopts ultrasonic or CCD correction system, circular knife or razor knife longitudinal cutting method,machine adopts wasted edge automatic removal device, pneumatic automatic loading rack structure (shaftless loading rack structure), equipped with loading and unloading tower, simple and convenient unloading.
